Kaibito is a small census-designated place in Coconino County, Arizona, with a population of 1,546 as of 2010. The area was first settled by the Navajo people and later became part of the Navajo Nation Reservation. Kaibito is named after the nearby Kaibito Lake, a seasonal lake that is a popular spot for fishing and birdwatching. The community is home to the Kaibito Boarding School, which was established in 1904 and serves students from the Navajo Nation.
