New Lebanon is a village in Montgomery County, Ohio, US. It was established in 1802 by John Dunlevy and originally named Dunlevyville. The name was changed to New Lebanon in 1816, reflecting the influence of Lebanon, Ohio. The village is known for the New Lebanon United Methodist Church, a historic landmark built in 1831, which is noted for its Greek Revival architecture and significant role in the Underground Railroad.
