North Scituate, Rhode Island, US is a rural town in Providence County, established in 1711. It was known for its industrial mills in the 19th century and is now home to the Scituate Reservoir, a significant landmark providing drinking water to much of the state. The town has a population of around 10,000 and covers an area of 54 square miles, making it the second-largest town in Rhode Island. North Scituate is known for its annual Strawberry Festival and its well-preserved historic buildings.
