Baileys Crossroads is a census-designated place in Fairfax County, Virginia, US. Established in the 18th century, it was named after Samuel Bailey who operated a tavern in the area. The community grew as a crossroads for several major roads, including the Richmond Turnpike and Leesburg Turnpike.
