Sewickley is a borough in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, United States, located approximately 11 miles (18 km) west of Pittsburgh. It was established in 1854 and has since grown to a population of around 3,800 residents. The village was named after the Sewickley Creek, a tributary that flows into the Ohio River. Notable for its well-preserved Victorian architecture, Sewickley is home to the historic Sweetwater Center for the Arts, which offers a variety of classes and workshops in visual and performing arts.
