Blue Bell, PA, US is a community in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County, located 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Originally settled in the 1700s, it was known as Pigeontown due to the large flocks of pigeons in the area. In 1840, the name was changed to Blue Bell, inspired by the bluebell flowers that grew in the fields. The area is known for its parks, historic sites, and the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, which features a large collection of cars, trucks, and motorcycles from the 19th and 20th centuries.
