Ridley Park is a borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States, established in 1887. Originally inhabited by the Lenni Lenape tribe, the area was settled by European immigrants in the 17th century. The borough is named after Ridley Township, which was in turn named after John Ridley, an English Quaker. Covering an area of 1.6 square miles, Ridley Park is home to the notable landmark, the Ridley Park Lake and Pavilion, a popular destination for recreational activities since the late 1800s.
